The set menus are diverse and are complemented by special dishes which change day-by-day.

Meat is sourced from quality local suppliers - The Great Tasting Meat Company (Nantwich), Buttercross Farm (Market Drayton), Maynard's Farm Bacon (near Whitchurch), Cheerbrooks (Nantwich), and Littler's (Sandiway). Venison is from Malcolm Prescott, a stalker from Betley, and other game from Alternative Meats of Wem.

Fish is all from sustainable stocks and eggs are free range and local.

We have 2 suppliers of ice cream. One is a premium Italian range from Turin, the other - slightly more local is Snugbury's of Nantwich. Both are exceptional.
