Fresh, home-made and locally sourced
food is the order of the day at The Bhurtpore, with menus designed
to suit all tastes. The set menus are diverse and are complemented by special dishes which change day-by-day. Meat is sourced from quality local suppliers - The Great Tasting Meat Company (Nantwich), Buttercross Farm (Market Drayton), Maynard's Farm Bacon (near Whitchurch), Cheerbrooks (Nantwich), and Littler's (Sandiway). Venison is from Malcolm Prescott, a stalker from Betley, and other game from Alternative Meats of Wem. Fish is all from sustainable stocks and eggs are free range and local. We have 2 suppliers of ice cream. One is a premium Italian range from Turin, the other - slightly more local is Snugbury's of Nantwich. Both are exceptional.
